Upper Halfway
Upper Halfway is located just north of the District of Hudson’s Hope but is approximately 133 km (83 miles) northwest of Fort St. John via the Alaska Highway and the Upper Halfway Road. The community is spread along the flats of the Halfway River. Mountains flank the flats to the north and south. There is a significant amount of agriculture and forestry activity, as well as some gravel, oil and gas extraction. The community, of less than 100 people, use the Upper Halfway Elementary-Secondary School for community events.

There will be reunion for all people that attended the students dormitory in Fort.St.John. The reunion will be held the August longweekend of 2012.
These students came from all over the northern part of our province, so we are trying to get the word out to as many as possible.
I can be contacted for details at the facebook site: Regina Hensel or by email: henselregina@live.com or by calling 778-866-1736
